Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Glendale, AZ is hiring an Account Specialist to represent the company in existing convenience retail accounts. You will execute promotions, merchandise according to Swire standards, and manage inventory and displays to best serve customers.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to use Excel/Outlook on mobile devices, and willingness to work weekends/holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and operating equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Build displays and promotional items according to schedule and instructions.
• Rotate products to maintain FIFO stock and organize shelves after each visit.
• Maintain back rooms and handle back stock near loading dock area daily.
• Set aside any product unfit for sale for credit to customer accounts.
• Operate powered and manual equipment as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What does an Account Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Account Specialist is responsible for representing Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional customer service specialist to all assigned existing convenience retail accounts. The Account Specialist executes promotional activity and ensures that accounts are merchandised in accordance with Swire standards. Responsibilities also include inventorying, ordering, merchandising and building displays, utilizing technology tools and programs designed to inventory and order product to best serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves in an aligned manner with labels facing outward for purchase and consumption
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store general management
• Rotate products to ensure that stores follow a first in first out stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves at the end of each location visit
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area. This is done each day with every assigned customer
• Set aside and store in backroom any product unfit for sale to be credited to customer account
• Operating powered equipment (ex: powered pallet jack) and manual equipment
• Attend meetings as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or
• equivalent degree/certificate required
• Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
