RevSpring in Livonia, MI is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Client Services team. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate projects, implement solutions, and provide operational support for RevSpring's communication platforms.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, and ensure high-quality delivery while growing knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and financial services industries.
The Account Specialist is an integral member of the Client Services team. The primary responsibility of this position is to build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing operational and technical support for customer communication solutions. This role serves as a trusted partner to customers by coordinating projects, implementing solutions, managing change requests, and collaborating across the organization to deliver exceptional service.
The Account Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships and performing key account management functions, including project coordination, solution implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support. This position combines a customer-first mindset with technical aptitude, requiring the ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into effective communication solutions using RevSpring's products and platforms.
This role contributes directly to RevSpring's mission of delivering innovative customer communication solutions while supporting the company's leadership in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Services.
