  • Review emails related to loan balances, payoffs, and decisions.
  • Assist with cross-training administrative staff and provide backup as needed.
  • Greet visitors and maintain an organized office environment; coordinate with title companies as required.

Account Servicing Administrative Assistant I Description & Duties

The Account Servicing Administrative Assistant I handles daily duties and other projects assigned by management for the Account Servicing department. This role provides additional administrative support to other departments as needed.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative department responsibilities including, but not limited to, conducting account research, processing customer requests, entering data into loan servicing system, sorting and distributing inbound and outbound mail correspondence.
  • Accurately and efficiently upload documents into the system of records.
  • Review and respond to emails and inquiries related to loan balances, payoffs, and appropriate decisioning.
  • Assist with cross-training administrative staff on tasks as assigned.
  • Follow policies and procedures to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Correspond with title companies when necessary for subordination requirements.
  • Conduct facility assignments including, but not limited to, greeting visitors and staff, handling accommodations when visitors are on site, maintaining an organized office environment, and providing general information and assistance as it pertains to the role.
  • Provide backup for other Administrative Assistants as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of office/customer service experience.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a half hour lunch.
