Citi is seeking an Account Services Transformation Specialist on a fixed‑term contract. The role sits within the Global eSigner Transformation team, supporting the Account Services offering for a global client and driving data migration, validation, and progress reporting.

The position emphasizes accuracy, strong English communication, and collaboration with Technology, Operations, and leadership to resolve issues and keep initiatives on track. Hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, operations‑focused environment would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset.
• Ukrainian language will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders.
• Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project‑related issues in a timely manner.

The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client.
