VF Financial Group is seeking individuals who want to make a difference in their communities selling industry leading products. We are a rapidly organic growing company expanding throughout Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and surrounding areas.

If making a difference is important to you then sell a product that really matters. Our sales professionals market to business owners, do face to face sales and enjoy a flexible schedule after the first six months with no overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Face to face sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to market to business owners and their employees.
• Willingness to grow into leadership roles with training.

• Face to face sales.
• Flexible schedule after the first six months.
• No overnight travel required.

Pay Structure:

• 1st year Sales Professionals earn $60,000 to $120,000
• 2nd year Sales Professionals and beyond earn $80,000 to unlimited
• Monthly bonus structure
• Company paid incentive trip
• Residual income

Training:

• Classroom training, field training, webinar training and continued mentorship weekly.
• Time tested sales process dating back to 1900.
• Leadership opportunities available.

Our sales professionals come from all different backgrounds and all walks of life. No sales experience is necessary.
