Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior sales and relationship professional to support client needs and drive growth through an inside-sales and relationship-focused approach.

You will identify opportunities, present benefits of products and services, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure seamless processing in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on healthcare and finance client portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
  • Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
  • Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with U.S. Treasuries.

Job Description

Builds and maintains effective working relationships across business lines to support seamless transaction processing and account management. Contributes to business growth by supporting client needs, identifying service opportunities, and promoting the organization’s products and capabilities through an inside-sales and relationship-focused approach. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs. Manages the day-to-day processing and execution of client transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Coordinates closely with internal partners to facilitate trade execution, resolve operational issues, and support a high-volume transaction environment. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen client and partner outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically seven to nine years of relevant experience

Location Expectations: This role will require being onsite three (3)+ days per week in one of the listed U.S. Bank hub locations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $98,280.00 - 120,120.00
