Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring an Account Sales Manager for Sherman, TX. This role focuses on up-selling and replenishment, ensuring execution and merchandising across assigned accounts while retaining and penetrating both small and large format customers.

Responsibilities include selling brands, pre-selling promotions and POS, shelf re-allocations, and maintaining stock and records. Travel and a valid driver’s license are implied by the role in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays and POS materials.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales.
• Participate in installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all accounts and reports on promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Job Overview: Account Sales Manager for Sherman, TX

Hiring Immediately

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focused on execution and merchandising. Accountable for retention and penetration of small and large format customers by geography and may handle some on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Schedule

• Full-time; Monday- Friday; 1st shift ( 5am)

Position Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material according to company merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Total Rewards

• Salary Range: $54,000 - $55,000 / year, base plus commission
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
• Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement (30-100 miles/wk)
• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
