The Account Resolution Supervisor leads a team of Account Resolution Specialists focused on collecting payment for rentals and services. This role reports to and supports the Account Resolution Manager in executing broader strategies to get paid, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and report results. With laser focus on our company’s top five priorities—Safety, Sell New Business, Deliver Excellent Service, Bill Accurately, and Get Paid—this leader ensures daily operations are aligned to drive cash collection, reduce delinquency, and support business growth.
Supervise, coach, and support a team of Account Resolution Specialists (AR collections).
Ensure equitable workload distribution and operational efficiency.
Set and reinforce SMART goals aligned to the business and AR strategy.
Conduct timely, fair, and constructive performance assessments.
Provide mentoring and support team member growth and development.
Support the Account Resolution Manager in driving strategy to reduce AR, improve DSO, and achieve KPI targets.
Prioritize top accounts and direct resolution efforts to maximize cash flow.
Track and improve performance in key areas including:
Delinquency
Aged AR
DSO
AR as a % of revenue
Auto-pay conversion
Elimination of payment blockers
Monitor to-do list activity, analyze trends, and coach team members accordingly.
Manage scheduling, timecard approval, and attendance records.
Execute and document performance improvement plans when needed.
Partner with HR to manage performance issues and deliver corrective actions as appropriate.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and confidentiality requirements.
Refine and document collection and dispute processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
Lead and support resolution of billing disputes to ensure accounts can be billed accurately and paid timely.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to eliminate barriers to payment.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience and cash outcomes.
Create and maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
Champion a collaborative approach to support shared services and enterprise-wide priorities.
Recognize and reward team performance and contributions to company goals.

$66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
