Justin Vander Iest - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You help enhance the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will develop leads, establish relationships, and provide prompt, friendly service, while pursuing opportunities to expand client coverage and protect customer interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
