Derek Jones State Farm Agent in Morton, PA is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships. You will serve as the bridge between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve clients’ lives.

The role focuses on assisting customers with policy applications and renewals, handling inquiries, and maintaining meticulous records.

Formación

• No sales experience is required!
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Confident in client communication, call and email
• Property & Casualty license required to start
