Hollie Allen - State Farm Agent in Chula Vista, CA is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactively market insurance products. You will serve as the liaison between customer needs and agency departments, contributing to the success of the team.

As a full-time team member, you’ll build leads, schedule appointments, and deliver prompt, friendly service while developing long-lasting customer relationships and supporting growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
