You will serve as the primary contact for active clients, manage billing, track milestones, and ensure accurate financial documentation across Clio and internal systems.

You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to maintain engagement, resolve disputes, and optimize collections while upholding transparency and compliance throughout legal engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management in professional services.
• Strong verbal and written communication across phone, email, and text.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Excel.

Responsibilities
