We are a local independent marketing firm, looking for an Account Manager Trainee to assist our senior staff with overseeing local retail locations on behalf of our clients. Our firm focuses on connecting the customer with the right products and services that fit their lifestyle through cultivating relationships and gaining their trust. The Account Manager Trainee will be expected to hold a high level of customer service towards our clients and their customers, as well as have excellent communication skills. Primary focuses will be on handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about our clients' products and services.
