Reach Social, a Chief Media company, is seeking an Account Manager to own client TikTok Shop strategy and growth across a portfolio of high-value brands. You’ll direct content, affiliates, merchandising, campaigns, GMV Max ads, and offers while leading a remote team and building deep client relationships.

The Role

You're the captain of the ship. As Account Manager, you own the direction and results of every client TikTok Shop in your portfolio. You set the overall account strategy and steer every lever toward it: affiliates and creators, merchandising, campaigns, GMV Max ads, and offers. Specialists execute key parts of the work; you decide where the ship is going, keep everyone rowing in the same direction, and answer for the outcome.

You're also the client's go-to person for everything TikTok Shop. Client relationships are at the center of this role, and you'll build them deep enough that your clients see you as an extension of their own team.

What You'll Do

Set the course

• Own the overall account strategy for each client, tying content, affiliate, ads, merchandising, and offers into one cohesive growth plan


• Set GMV and performance goals for each shop and the plan to hit them


• Analyze performance, content, and competitor landscapes to decide where to push, pull back, or pivot


• Proactively spot growth opportunities and cross-sell agency services


• Stay ahead of new TikTok Shop features, tools, and trends and decide which to bring to your clients

Direct the crew

• Affiliates: Direct the affiliate strategy and own affiliate outcomes. Outreach and creator management are executed by the Affiliate Strategist; you set the priorities, review performance in regular working sessions, and course-correct when needed


• Merchandising: Own product listing strategy, catalog optimization, and storefront merchandising


• Campaigns: Design content, offer, and campaign strategies and make sure they launch on time and on brief


• Ads: Manage GMV Max campaigns, optimizing spend and creative performance


• Manage and motivate a remote team of shop assistants, reviewing their work and holding a high bar

Own the relationship

• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for everything related to their TikTok Shop


• Lead new clients through onboarding and set their shop up for success from day one


• Lead bi-weekly client meetings to report on performance and KPIs and align on priorities


• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the TikTok Shop platform team

• You run a portfolio of 8-10 high-value clients, each with a clear strategy and a plan to hit it


• Every client shop shows meaningful GMV growth


• Clients trust you completely and stay with Reach; you spot churn risk early and fix it before it becomes a conversation


• Your Affiliate Strategists and shop assistants know exactly what they're driving toward and why


• You train future growth hires and step into a leadership role
