Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage customer relationships.
  • Provide fair, prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, applications, renewals, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales review process to educate customers about their insurance purchase options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Coachable
  • Market products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must have or be able to attain immediately upon hire)

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
