The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be able to develop new markets with no internal competition across North America.

In a typical day, you might:
  1. Generate new business opportunities (calling, emailing contractors) to build your sales pipeline.
  2. Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.).
  3. Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why DOZR is right for their business.
  4. Reply to inbound customer emails, phone calls, and immediate requests.
  5. You take the lead on closing business but each sale will involve help from your DOZR teammates of course.
  6. Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals.
  7. Attend local industry trade association meetings and events.
  8. Spend 20% of your time visiting customers at their office or job site to build relationships with them.
  9. Spend 80% of your time prospecting leads, building your pipeline and book of business as well as sourcing equipment for your customers (from your home office).
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running.
  2. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops.
  4. Motivated by success and achieving company targets.
  5. A background in construction equipment rentals.
  6. Motivated individuals who are interested in closing business is a must!
  7. Experience prospecting with CRM tools an asset (Salesforce preferred).

  1. 5+ years developing new business in new territories in the heavy equipment rental industry.
  2. Highly motivated, sales and commission driven.
  3. Life long learner, willing to innovate and improve the way processes are done.
  4. Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  5. Team Player and Problem Solver.
  6. Value an empathic and kind team.
