Maintain visibility into the account opportunity pipeline and collaborate with sales, product, and service partners to develop value-based growth strategies.
  • Own Renewals and Retention: Lead the contract renewal process for assigned key and enterprise accounts by maintaining an accurate renewal forecast, assessing retention risk, documenting customer value, coordinating internal approvals, and developing negotiation strategies. Escalate risks early and drive timely actions that support seamless renewals and sustainable revenue growth.
