Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is looking for an Account Manager, On Premise, to drive new business and expand beverage sales in East Lansing and nearby communities. You will partner with local and national account owners to grow volume and profits while ensuring POS execution and proper asset maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 3–5+ years in the field; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years related experience or HS Diploma with 3–5+ years related experience.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers in the On Premise/Foodservice market segment.
• Grow beverage sales volume and gross profits by working with local and national account owners and managers.
• Ensure account standards including POS execution, assets maintenance, merchandising, product rotation, and customer compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The Account Manager, On Premise, is a frontline sales representative role and pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for the On Premise and Foodservice market segment
• This role works directly with local and national account business owners and managers to grow their existing beverage sales volume and gross profits
• As an Account Manager, On Premise, you will ensure account and customer standards are met, including proper point-of-sale execution, proper maintenance of company assets, company merchandising standards, product rotation, and customer compliance
• You will work with cross-functional teams within the company as needed to meet business objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license
