Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager with 4+ years’ experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Ohio. Training would be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration
  • Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
  • Research and develop new customers and new business segments
  • Develop account strategy and execute business plan
  • Effectively handle customers' issues
  • Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
  • Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
  • Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors
  • 4+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
  • Familiar with specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products
  • Proficient in using office software
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools
  • Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP
