The Key Partners team manages enterprise relationships with hotel chains, ownership groups, and management partners across North America and the broader Americas region. Reporting to the Director, Key Partners, you will own a portfolio of accounts, serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact, and use data to identify opportunities that improve rate, inventory, production, and account health.
Own the day-to-day commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of hotel partners, including rate and inventory access, production, and account health
Monitor performance against goals, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear recommendations through regular partner reviews
Build trusted relationships with senior partner contacts through consistent communication, follow-through, and business reviews
Coordinate with Market Management, Connectivity, Analytics, and internal partner teams to resolve issues, implement account plans, elevate concerns, and unlock opportunities
Support contract renewals, complex commercial agreements, and new partner onboarding, ensuring rate, inventory, and content are set up correctly
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting, build expertise in Expedia Group tools and commercial levers, and partner with Senior Account Managers on complex negotiations and continuous improvement
You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience
You have 4+ years of experience in a commercial, account management, customer success, or partner-facing role; hospitality or travel technology experience is a plus
You are comfortable working with data, building simple reports, identifying trends, and explaining what the findings mean for partner performance
You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally and can represent Expedia Group credibly with internal and external partner contacts
You are organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities with moderate oversight
You are eager to develop negotiation and deal-structuring skills, have a growth mindset toward greater account responsibility, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with customer relationship management or reporting tools
