Performance Validation is seeking an Account Manager — Key Accounts to join our Service Delivery team in Indianapolis. This is the role for someone who does not want to choose between staying technical and moving toward the commercial side of the business — because here you do both.
You will be a primary day-to-day contact for some of our most important life science clients, working alongside the Account Director and VP, Key Accounts to grow those relationships. You will also stay in the work: at least half your time is billable, leading or contributing to client engagements. That mix is deliberate. Clients trust an account manager who has actually executed the work, and you will have the credibility to sit in a technical discussion about qualification strategy and a commercial one about scope and pricing on the same afternoon.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Management, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Position type: Full-time, exempt. This role reports to the VP, Key Accounts.
Location: This is an onsite position based at the client site in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Travel: Availability to travel is required.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Performance Validation, Inc. does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
