The Role in Brief:

EAB is seeking an Account Manager to join the growing Strategic Partnerships team within Hybrid, our award-winning higher education marketing agency.

As an Account Manager, you will support Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of strategic university partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Paid Media, Creative, Research & Insights, and Production—you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered successfully while building trusted relationships with partners and developing the skills to become a strategic advisor.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, consultative relationship builder who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, translating campaign performance into meaningful insights, coordinating complex projects, and helping partners achieve their enrollment and marketing goals.

This hire may be based in Philadelphia, PA, Richmond, VA, or Washington, D.C. During the first three months, you’ll work in-office five days per week to build strong connections with the team and gain hands‑on experience. After onboarding, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in-office (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and two days remote (Wed, Fri).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Account Managers in managing the day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of strategic higher education partners, ensuring a high level of service and partner satisfaction.

  • Support partners throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from discovery and planning through campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and renewal discussions.

  • Coordinate the internal project management of integrated marketing campaigns by managing campaign assets, timelines, launch schedules, deliverables, and cross‑functional workflows to ensure successful execution.

  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, Research & Insights, and Production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with partner goals.

  • Develop campaign insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to support partner meetings, business reviews, and ongoing optimization efforts.

  • Translate campaign data into meaningful insights and benchmarking that demonstrate performance, identify opportunities, and support reporting to partners.

  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and coordinate solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partner relationships through additional services, products, or strategic initiatives.

  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and onboarding activities for new partners.

  • Stay informed on higher education marketing trends, digital advertising best practices, and emerging technologies to better support partners.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, or another client‑facing role.

  • Experience working with digital marketing campaigns and interpreting campaign performance data.

  • Strong organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel to partner meetings as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

  • Experience supporting higher education or other mission‑driven organizations.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, display advertising, programmatic media, or similar digital marketing channels.

  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) or other analytics platforms.

  • Understanding creative development and integrated marketing campaign execution.

  • Experience presenting campaign results and recommendations to external stakeholders.

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

Benefits:

Consistent with our belief that our employees are our most valuable resource, EAB offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package. Our benefits currently include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; dependents and domestic partners eligible

  • 20+ days of PTO annually, in addition to paid firm and floating holidays

  • Daytime leave policy for community service and flextime for fitness activities (up to 10 hours per month each)

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with annual discretionary company matching contribution

  • Health savings account, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending account, and pre‑tax commuter plans

  • Employee assistance program with counseling services and resources available to all employees and immediate family

  • Wellness programs including gym discounts, incentives to promote healthy living, and family access to the leading app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation

  • Fertility treatment coverage and adoption or surrogacy assistance

  • Paid parental leave with phase back to work program for birthing and non‑birthing parents

  • Access to milk shipping service to support nursing employees during business travel

  • Discounted pet health insurance coverage for dog and cat family members
