Mark Tipton - State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Manager to grow the agency through customer relationships and effective liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will market relevant products and services to improve policy holdings and satisfaction across the St.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Proactively follow up and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and meet customer needs.
