Job summary

TeamSnap is a fully remote sports and communication platform focused on making youth sports enjoyable and effective. The role centers on managing the largest sports organization accounts to drive retention and growth, running demos, and leveraging usage data to spot risks and drive value-based sales.

You will own the upsell pipeline and act as the Voice of the Customer, collaborating with teams to exceed targets in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and motivated to exceed targets.
