From day one, you’ll be immersed in high-impact, customer-facing work, leveraging data and innovation to shape supply chain solutions and growth strategies. As part of our 24‑month Program, you’ll benefit from structured training, cross‑functional rotations, and mentorship that prepare you to take ownership of customer accounts within your first year. By the end of the program, you’ll be confidently managing customer relationships with the skills, judgment, and commercial foundation needed to deliver measurable value for customers.

In this role, you will work on‑site with your peers four days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face‑to‑face interactions, with flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real‑time problem solving.
  • Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
  • Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
  • Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, working with experienced Account Managers, gradually taking on ownership identifying opportunities such as new lanes, service expansions, and value‑added solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
  • Embrace an ownership mindset in your work; proactively engage in improving processes, removing operational friction, and implementing best practices.
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027 Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

Compensation Range $24.28 - $54.99
