What We’re Looking For

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client, responsible for client satisfaction and building relationships to encourage new and repeat business. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, leading projects, handling RFP processes, reviewing contracts, analyzing data, and identifying sales opportunities.

What Success Looks Like In This Role
  • Life Accident & Health License from the state of domicile (must be maintained).
  • Advanced professional designation (e.g., CEBS, CBP) is highly desirable.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ account management experience in insurance, focusing on Accident and Health lines.
  • Knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

The salary range for this role is $42,618.00 - $90,577.00, based on experience, skills, and location. Participation in an annual incentive program may also be available.
