Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Indiana is hiring an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, sell new products, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. This is a full-time, in-store role with a starting wage matching the posted hourly range.

You will build strong customer relationships, support account health, pursue early-stage collections, and maintain showroom standards while following safety guidelines. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and operate a box truck considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
