Job summary

Fortrex in the United States is seeking an Account Management Division Manager to lead a field team across a defined territory of food processing plants. This traveling role focuses on achieving sales goals while developing leaders within the team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage budgets for chemicals, equipment, freight, and labor, approve expenses, and drive cost efficiency. The position demands strategic thinking, collaboration with management, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Associates degree or 7-10 years in sanitation/food processing industry.
• Area Manager or equivalent experience (18 months experience at this level preferred).
• Display strong managerial skills including decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, initiative, and customer focus.
• Proficient computer skills associated with Microsoft Office and basic skills required to learn new programs.
• Possess a valid and active drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with key plants in the geographical area to ensure day to day processes are being performed effectively and efficiently.
• Manage the approval process for expenses of territory personnel.
• Supervise a team of Account Management Area Managers and Account Managers to achieve stated goals and serve our customers with excellence.
• Consistently seek ways to reduce cost and increase efficiency for the company and our customers.
• Constantly finding new business expansion in the geographical area assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Account Managment Division Manager will work cooperatively with Safefoods, A division of Fortrex, management team, team members, and customers to ensure the streamlined ordering, delivery, and application of our products. This role involves managing and controlling the budgeted costs of chemicals, equipment, freight/fuel, and labor within your territory while maintaining open communication with management about any variances. You will play a critical role in both maintaining existing customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Your Must Haves

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
