Job Description

Digital Activation Team members are responsible for handling inbound call requests from potential product customers and existing product clients while performing any applicable servicing requests within various online business banking systems. Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.

Assist with the resolution of client issues or Banker questions during the Business Digital Deposit Application process. Leverage applicable tools to assist in resolving and/or escalating to the appropriate support channel. Assist the customer through the application process, view and assist in uploading documents that may be required during review and review next steps a customer may be able to take for a declined application. Interacts with clients and other departments, to ensure successful client outcomes. Communicating to the client as appropriate. Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One to four years of client management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Detailed knowledge of business, financials, products/services and the market
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of account management, project management, operations and logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven customer service/relations skills, including situational leadership and dispute/conflict resolution
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
