Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Account Manager to connect the company with existing and prospective clients, listen to needs, and build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes sales growth for lawn and snow, client communications, and producing compelling proposals for internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 3–5 years of sales experience, with a focus on exceptional service, coordination, and on-site site visits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of prior sales experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to drive to all work sites for tours and inspections.
• Prior landscape operations management experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Horticultural knowledge preferred.

• Communicate effectively with customers and Yellowstone Landscape maintenance production staff to ensure quality work is performed to the satisfaction of the client.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals for lawn and snow.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clientele.
• Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for clientele and for internal use.
• Review specifications and contract documentation for each project.
• Proactively anticipate problems and suggest solutions to avoid customer complaints.

Requirements
