What this job offers:

The opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle, from retaining existing customers and identifying new expansion opportunities to executing upsell and cross-sell strategies. You will present Remote’s services to existing customers, create upselling pathways, and own customer relationships to ensure business success.

You will understand and design solutions tailored to small and mid-sized businesses, participate in strategic events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you bring:
  • Proven ability to retain and grow accounts, with success in driving expansion, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Experience building relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive client outcomes and revenue
  • Proactive communication skills to understand client needs and solicit feedback
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
  • Experience creating and adapting client strategies to meet goals
  • Pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes
  • Ability to learn complex solutions and develop new skills
  • Understanding of Remote’s services and industry position
  • 5+ years of Account Management or SaaS sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and customer-focused
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle and exceed quotas
  • Identify and push new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Present services to existing customers and upsell solutions
  • Own customer relationships from sale to completion
  • Maintain regular contact and build strategic partnerships
  • Design solutions for small and mid-sized business needs
  • Implement customer retention initiatives and participate in strategic events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success

Remote Compensation Philosophy:

We ensure fair, unbiased compensation and pay above in-location rates, supporting global talent-hiring and local wealth in developing countries. The salary range for this position is $63,950 to $159,900 USD, depending on various factors. Actual pay will depend on location, skills, experience, and market demands.
