Job description

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings as well as upselling/cross-selling opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Success in building key customer relationships across different levels of personas, including key decision makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and increase revenue.
  • Proactive communication with key customer contacts and advocates to understand their needs, build strategic roadmaps, and solicit feedback on our products and services to enhance their experience with Remote.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies and tactics to consistently grow revenue per account.
  • Able to develop, implement, and adapt proactive client strategies to achieve set goals.
  • Confidently develop pipelines, forecast outcomes, and provide accurate reporting data.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to learn complex product solutions and a strong eagerness to develop new skills and competencies.
  • Understanding of Remote’s services and its position within the industry.
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience or related SaaS sales experience is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
  • Highly self-motivated with ambitions to be in a closing role.
  • Self-directed, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and perseverance with a positive attitude.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen.

  • Identifying new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and executing the sales process.
  • Presenting Remote’s suite of services to existing customers and creating opportunities for upselling solutions.
  • Owning the customer relationship from sale through to business completion.
  • Maintaining frequent contact with customers and building strategic, partnership-based relationships.
  • Designing solutions to meet the unique communication needs of small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Generating customer retention initiatives and participating in key strategic events.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Reporting to: Senior Manager, Sales - Account Management.
  • Team: AMER Sales.
