Rent-A-Center in Toledo, OH is hiring for an Account Manager who will manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to coordinate deliveries and pickups with care.

The position is full-time with a base of $17.00–$18.28 per hour, plus a $500 bonus program paid over 30 and 90 days, and comprehensive benefits. The role emphasizes growth from within and excellent service standards.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.

Position Summary

This role supports sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships while adhering to the RAC mission statement and core values.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday
• Sundays off plus one weekday off
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing
