Orkin is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, inspect sites, and design service plans that deliver measurable results.

You’ll drive sales through prospecting and account expansion, delivering compelling presentations and managing your pipeline with a company-provided iPad. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and customer-focused solutions, with comprehensive training and support.

Qualifications

• Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Physically able to climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety on every visit, inspection, and recommendation.
• Represent Orkin as trusted advisor with clear communication and value-driven solutions.
• Listen to understand customer concerns and position Orkin as partner.
• Provide reassurance to help customers make pest management decisions.

MinimumRequirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• You must bewillingto obtain the required pesticide license within your first90 daysof employment. The company will cover all necessary costs and provide support for this process.

• You must be able to use a ladder safely and within the manufacturer's specified weight capacity.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• You need the physical ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas as part of your job duties.

• You must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator, when necessary for safety.
