Concord Servicing in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the primary contact, translate client objectives into action, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven account management experience, solar loan servicing or fintech familiarity, and strong English communication. Spanish is a plus depending on role scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management.
• Experience in solar loan servicing or solar financing preferred.
• Experience in consumer marketplace lending, SaaS loan servicing, fintech or financial services platform preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English required; Spanish preferred depending on role scope.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

About the Role

Concord Servicing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in solar industry loan servicing, consumer marketplace lending, SaaS loan servicing platforms, or related fintech environments.
