Job summary

Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to represent our team as you work with customers and handle their needs. This role will reside in one of our Taylor Promo facilities located in Dayton, OH; Pompano Beach, FL; or Amsterdam, NY.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in account management or sales support, and you should be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Account Manager to join the team! In this position, you will play an important part in representing our team as you work with customers and handle their needs.

This position will reside in one of our Taylor Promo facilities located in Dayton, OH ; Pompano Beach, FL ; or Amsterdam, NY.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintains favorable relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to resolve customer issues/problems.
• Able to provide product recommendations and creative ideas for customer events to increase sales.
• May assist in preparation of sales forecasts, quotes and negotiations.
• Identifies customer and vendor needs and consults on solutions.

You Must Have:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or other related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We Would Also Prefer:

• Previous project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Marketing skills a plus! Must be able to provide creative ideas to customers for events.
• Experience using Salesforce.

The anticipated annual salary for this position will be around $50,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for emplo_yees.
