Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee security services and related operations for a defined group of smaller accounts, including client service, problem resolution, staffing, scheduling and training.

The role involves leading Security Supervisors, coordinating site needs, and developing post orders to ensure high-quality protection services. A background in security, plus management experience, is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Driver Certification is required
• 1 Year Management Experience is required
• Security Experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage security services and related operations for assigned accounts, including client relations and problem resolution.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities, coordinating needs of the site.
• Prepare post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training for the account.
• Drive service enhancement and expansion, and pursue new business development opportunities.
