Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is hiring in Los Angeles for a permanent full-time account management role within the Travelex Insurance Services business. You will manage key accounts, own the lifecycle from onboarding to reviews, and develop strategic plans to drive growth in travel-related insurance services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in account management, sales or related field; travel/financial services background preferred.
• Proven track record of managing small to medium accounts and hitting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent relationship building, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts as primary contact and ensure client satisfaction.

This role sits in our Travelex Insurance Services business, which is a leading travel insurance provider in the United States with over 25 years of industry expertise helping people dream, explore and travel with confidence. With varying levels of comprehensive travel insurance coverage, Travelex has a protection plan to help meet your needs and safeguard against the unexpected. Offering plans from basic – low cost and family friendly, to plans for business or luxury travel. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
• Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
• Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth
• Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings
• Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field, preferable within the travel or financial services industry
• Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, results-orientated, accountable, with the ability to work independently

In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. For more information about our Total Rewards, please click here. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.

The combined salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,557 and a 10% short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
