Job description

For more than 30 years, Diamond Landscaping has been a trusted partner to high‑net‑worth residential clients, designers, and general contractors—creating exceptional outdoor environments through craftsmanship, precision, and reliability. As we continue to scale our platform through organic growth and acquisitions, we are building the infrastructure, systems, and leadership required to support a best‑in‑class field organization.

We are currently searching for an Account Manager to join our Los Angeles Landscape Maintenance team with a typical territory of West Hollywood, Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee daily operations across our prestigious sites and will be responsible for managing a designated territory where you will ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients. You will also maintain strong client and employee retention, driving workplace safety, and crew productivity.

Why Diamond?

At Diamond Landscaping, we're in the relationship business just as much as we're in the landscaping business.

For more than 30 years, we've built our reputation through trust, craftsmanship, and long‑term partnerships with clients, employees, designers, and contractors throughout Southern California. What started as one person's vision has grown into one of the region's most respected landscape companies because we believe exceptional service begins with exceptional relationships.

That philosophy still guides us today.

We're not a company where you'll spend six months wondering who the CEO is. Leadership is accessible, communication is open, and people genuinely know one another. Whether you've been here twenty years or twenty days, your voice is valued.

We believe in building a workplace where people enjoy coming to work. You'll find a professional environment without unnecessary corporate formality, one where collaboration is encouraged, relationships matter, and people are trusted to do great work. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in what we build together.

Our founder built this company one relationship at a time, and that commitment remains at the heart of everything we do. We believe in checking in on people, sharing meals, celebrating successes, and creating lasting partnerships with our clients and team members alike.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with an assigned portfolio of high‑end clients, offering discrete partnership and professional communications regarding their unique properties.
  • Visit sites regularly to ensure crews are working safely, assess quality, and identify areas for enhancements (which may include trimming, seasonal color, pest or disease treatment, or other specialized services).
  • Partner with field supervisors and foremen to review and implement efficient work schedules that do not hinder customer schedules, while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Identify tasks and upgrades that will enhance the assigned property’s appeal and value; draft and present detailed proposals for additional services.
  • Lead teams to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and service, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Report to senior management with regular updates on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of proven success managing high‑end residential landscape accounts (or similar experience).
  • Experience with the landscape maintenance industry, including scheduling, equipment, best practices, employee management, customer service, plant care, arborist practices, and disease/pest management.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to operate with discretion and professionalism with discerning clients.
  • Attention to detail with appreciation for design aesthetics.
  • Solution‑driven approach to customer service and management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Valid CDL and ability to travel to client sites required.
What You Can Expect at Diamond
  • A people‑first culture built on trust, respect, and long‑term relationships
  • Accessible leadership and open communication across all levels of the organization
  • A professional but welcoming work environment where you can be yourself
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact
  • A team that values collaboration over competition
  • The chance to work alongside talented professionals who genuinely care about each other and their clients
  • A company that treats employees as individuals, not numbers

$85,000 - $95,000 a year

We offer a competitive package including a base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 plus bonus depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and certifications. We offer benefits; paid time off; and the opportunity to grow and learn in a stable work environment that values your contributions.

If you're looking for a place where you're treated like a number, this probably isn't it.

If you're looking for a place where people know your name, value your contributions, and believe that strong relationships are the foundation of great business, we'd love to meet you.
