Base pay range

$63.21/hr - $68.97/hr

Description:

  • As an Acquisition Specialist specializing in condo development in Hawaii, you will be responsible for the acquisition of high-quality condo-hotel inventory. You will build strong market presence in Hawaii by collaborating with other teams as the local in-market expert.
  • As someone who knows the mission and values inside out, you will drive all phases of supply acquisition and market success from acquisition strategy development to strategic partner relationship management. You will help develop and iterate scalable, localized supply strategies in your territory aiming to secure our long-term success.

Duties:

  • This role is the first of its kind, dedicated to condo acquisition within our platform. The successful candidate will:
  • Build and manage owner and building-level relationships within Hawaii to drive acquisition, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify and build a solid strategy within the condo-hotel segment.
  • Approach acquisition with scrappy strategies to test, learn, and scale viable approaches.
  • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality condo supply in your designated geography.
  • Optimize condo supply for maximum success on our platform.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of technical integrations with various software partners to provide effective support to clients.
  • Represent us in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences, serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for our initiatives.
  • Educate clients on significant product changes and relay feedback on products and policies to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strong, lasting partnerships while becoming the go-to resource for insights on local trends and market dynamics.
  • Deliver exceptional service to hosts promptly, including occasional travel for in-person support and guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams to ensure long-term market success.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial development, condo-hotels, and acquisition-focused strategies
  • Strong background in real estate development, specifically in condo development
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a book of business
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and ruthlessly prioritize based on business needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data throughout your day-to-day work
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments
  • Passion for travel, and the sharing economy
  • Highly proficient in using CRM software, specifically in working with leads, opportunities, and other core objects - Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Charismatic self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient
  • Available to travel as needed within Hawaii
  • Based in Hawaii, with an established network in the local real estate market

Compensation:
