Wage: $78,000-$80,000/ annually

Scope: Responsible for 2 sites with approximately 200 officers

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong, proven leadership experience
• A proven track record of building relationships
• A hands‑on leadership style. We need someone who will actively engage with the operation, not simply delegate.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to respond to the site within 45 minutes in the event of an emergency
• Flexibility to work all shifts and all days as business needs require
• Experience and leadership ability to effectively manage a large guard workforce earning approximately $17-$21/hour in a rural market
