Job summary

TBHC Delivers is seeking a Route Sales/Account Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage a dedicated route of convenience-store customers, build strong relationships with store owners, and help maximize the Hunt Brothers Pizza program.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and sales growth, with a 4-day workweek and ample onboarding support. The position offers competitive pay with base, commissions, incentives, and bonuses, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years (no DUIs).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Must meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience; prior Route Sales a plus.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

This is a physically active role that requires stamina, consistency, and a commitment to safety. You must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Bend, reach, and rotate product regularly throughout the day
• Climb in and out of a commercial truck multiple times daily
• Work a 4-day schedule with extended workdays averaging 50+ hours per week
