Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, coordinate security services, and lead on-site teams. You will oversee client relationships, issue resolution, and service enhancements while ensuring operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned accounts and provide leadership to Security Supervisors.
• Coordinate service delivery, staffing, scheduling and post orders for client sites.
• Drive continuous service improvement, performance metrics and client liaison.
• Support new business development and expansion within the accounts.
