You will lead on-site teams, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating staffing, reporting, and cost-control efforts. This role requires strong leadership and bilingual communication where applicable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in janitorial, facility services, or building maintenance management.
  • Prior experience managing employees in a service-based or operations environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and basic computer applications.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred in some locations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites, as required.

Responsibilities
