Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. This role involves sales of new products, arranging deliveries and pickups, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will build strong customer relationships while adhering to RAC mission and values. Valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma are required; candidates must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines

Position Summary

This dynamic role is responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products to our customers, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections. Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday
• Sundays off plus one weekday off
