Millennium Health is seeking a field-based Account Manager in the Charleston area to develop and nurture relationships with accounts, schedule field trainings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier client support. Qualified candidates bring 1+ years in account management or client support, strong relationship-building, and a background in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• 1+ years of account management or field-based experience.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is valuable.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable using technology on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy and standards are adhered to.
• Ability to ensure administrative, physical and cybersecurity controls are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term client relationships.
• Schedule and deliver field training sessions with customers and staff.
• Act as the primary contact to identify account needs and coordinate with internal Millennium Health stakeholders.

The Account Manager role is field-based and requires daily travel in the territory.

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients' recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
