The function of the Account Manager is to successfully develop and strengthen LGG Industrial’s relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities within and across product lines and provide value to customers while strengthening business results. Works as part of a collaborative team to drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, retention and management of strategic customers in designated territories.
This role includes a mix of office and field environments. A minimum of 60% of your work week will be spent in the field visiting customer sites, which may include warehouses, industrial facilities, or construction environments. Customer site visits may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions such as noise, temperature changes, or dust. The balance may include working in an office environment using standard office equipment (such as computers, phones, and printers)

Occasional exposure to warehouse or shop floor environments, which may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures. May involve occasional handling of products, samples, or materials when assisting with customer orders. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety glasses, steel‑toed footwear, hearing protection, or hard hats, depending on task or site conditions.
