Bodycote, the world’s largest provider of thermal processing services, seeks an Account Manager based in the U.S. to drive growth of Powdermet Near Net Shape products across Defense, Energy, and Power Generation sectors.
You will build a robust sales pipeline, pursue leads, quote prices, and engage with customers while collaborating with plant teams to meet expectations. SFDC will be used for performance reviews and forecasting.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus eligibility based on experience

The Account Manager, based in the U.S., reports to the Senior Account Manager - HIP Product Fabrication and is responsible for driving growth of Powdermet® Near Net Shape (NNS) products across the Defense, Energy (Oil & Gas, Nuclear), and Power Generation sectors. The Account Manager will pursue lead generation, identify and secure new business within existing accounts, while expanding into new applications and markets across North America. This role requires a hands-on, technical, problem-solving approach to application development and customer engagement. The Account Manager will build a robust sales pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities include using SFDC to analyze performance, business review, and forecast sales, evaluate quoting profitability, and identify target customers and growth sectors.
