This role owns the delivery of end-to-end analytics and reporting support across an assigned book of business, including requirements intake, data extraction and validation, metric definition, and analysis (e.g., trend/variance analysis, utilization and performance drivers) to inform renewal strategies, client solutions/insights, and retention/upsell opportunities. The AIM utilizes dashboards and develops recurring deliverables, ensuring data quality, documentation, and consistent methodologies across sources and reporting periods. The role coordinates internal cross-functional workstreams, managing timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and approvals to deliver client-ready materials on time. The position translates complex findings into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations while proactively managing risks, assumptions, and follow-ups. This position is responsible for consistent monitoring of performance metrics and Performance Guarantee dashboards to inform the CAM, management, clients, and internal stakeholders of emerging trends. The successful candidate will also perform administrative duties in support of the CAM and the book of business. This position has client-facing responsibilities with limited travel requirements.

  • Leads end-to-end analytics, including financial and utilization analysis, report development, network analysis, and RFP support. Extracts, validates, and reconciles data from multiple sources; monitors data quality and resolves discrepancies through root-cause analysis and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Defines and documents metrics, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency across reporting periods and audiences.
  • Coordinates with internal cross-functional partners to secure responses and approvals and manage dependencies; proactively manages risks, assumptions, and open items to meet deadlines and execute initiatives.
  • Performs analysis (e.g., trend and variance analysis, utilization and performance drivers) to identify insights that inform renewal decisions, retention risk, and upsell opportunities.
  • Builds, maintains, and enhances dashboards and recurring reporting packages; automates and standardizes where feasible to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Translates complex analytical findings into clear narratives, executive-ready presentations, and client-ready materials, tailoring messaging to stakeholder needs.
  • Supports the Consulting Account Manager in managing the client relationship cadence (e.g., renewal touchpoints, business reviews), helping to prepare for and lead relevant portions of client meetings and ensure client expectations are clearly set and met. May interact directly with clients and is responsible for keeping the CAM informed and entering information into Salesforce CRM in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicates updates, timelines, and key insights to clients in partnership with the Consulting Account Manager; triages questions, resolves issues, and escalates risks as needed to protect deliverables and renewal outcomes.
  • 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced business math and analytical skills with the ability to position financial outcomes that contribute to revenue goals across an assigned portfolio.
  • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
