Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are seeking a collaborative and media-savvy Account Executive to work closely with senior public relations professionals in executing client strategies and delivering impactful media relations services. This role also supports administrative functions and serves as a key point of contact for clients on smaller accounts or pro-bono projects. Ideal for candidates with a foundation in public relations who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• 1–5 years of professional experience in public relations or a related industry
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and multitask with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Familiarity with PR tools such as Cision, Meltwater, Sprout, and Hootsuite preferred

Responsibilities:

• Secure a variety of media placements and cultivate media relationships across outlets
• Contribute to PR plans, develop campaign strategies, and pitch story ideas
• Monitor editorial calendars and identify relevant media opportunities
• Support team members with client media reporting and content distribution
• Maintain client trackers, agendas, and communication updates
• Write press releases, pitches, award nominations, and social media posts
• Act as a client contact and assist in onboarding processes
• Participate in internal projects, business development, and cross-team support
• Represent the company’s values and high standards in all external interactions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Full-time, hybrid, standard business hours with flexibility as needed for client or media deadlines

Compensation:

$55-100K, with benefits
